Overburden and surface subsidence with slicing paste filling mining in thick coal seams

To overcome the difficulties of overburden failure and surface subsidence induced by slicing mining extra-thick coal seams, filler paste is typically utilized. In this paper, a continuous curved beam mechanical model filling was established theoretical analysis against background 3305 working face Yangcheng Coal Mine, main controlling factors were analyzed using an orthogonal experiment method (OEM) analytic network process (ANP) coupled comprehensive assignment, vertical displacement distribution overlying rock under different intensity simulated numerical simulation software. The following findings obtained. First, elastic modulus backfill primary regulating factor, as demonstrated results. Second, greater body’s modulus, more efficiently it carries load minimizes maximum subsidence. Third, distance from open-cut mine likewise reflects degree subsidence, with amount increasing increases.
